Of the 5,000 wastewater treatment plants permitted in the State of Florida U.S., almost 3,000 were designed and built by Marolf over a span of four decades. There are many features of wastewater plant design that are essential to successful, trouble free performance: specialists must perform reliable design of WWTP(S). Critical design features include the shape, depth, volume of the tanks, inlet, outlet, and aerator placement, hydraulic and organic loading, which are all essential to proper mixing and settling.

Construction costs range from several thousand dollars to $250,000.00. Marolf builds lift stations for contractors and municipalities, for a single family home to a development that pumps hundreds of thousand of gallons a day.
