Package Wastewater Treatment Plants
Marolf pioneered the use of the extended aeration wastewater treatment process in small to medium sized pre-engineered wastewater treatment plants.
Marolf Environmental, Inc. was founded in the 1920’s and we have been a U.S. manufacturer of wastewater treatment plants since the 1950’s.
Marolf pioneered the use of the extended aeration wastewater treatment process in small to medium sized pre-engineered wastewater treatment plants.
Internationally, Marolf is well known in Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean.
Marolf Environmental, Inc., can supply you with the technology and mechanical equipment to meet the needs of your chosen wastewater treatment process by using pre-manufactured, quality controlled precast tankage, as well as, built on site structures.

Of the 5,000 wastewater treatment plants permitted in the State of Florida U.S., almost 3,000 were designed and built by Marolf over a span of four decades. There are many features of wastewater plant design that are essential to successful, trouble free performance: specialists must perform reliable design of WWTP(S). Critical design features include the shape, depth, volume of the tanks, inlet, outlet, and aerator placement, hydraulic and organic loading, which are all essential to proper mixing and settling.

The Future of Wastewater Treatment with Modular Design
Modular, pre-assembled wastewater treatment plant components allow for simple, fast on-site set up. With rectangular tankage layout, significant economies can be realized using the common wall construction techniques found in Marolf plants. Thoughtful design of the initial plant allows expansion through a logical and space efficient addition of tankage and/or process modification. Marolf wastewater plants use elementary treatment processes that
- are easy to understand and access
- are operator friendly
- feature equipment that is easily serviced.
