At our facility in New Port Richey we have our metal fabrication shop. We manufacture not only equipment for our wastewater plants but supply equipment for existing customers that need repair weirs, blowers, stairways, and handrails. If you need custom built flow control boxes, grit screens we can build it from aluminum, stainless steel or steel. Marolf can assist with equipment needs for re-permitting, that includes tankage installation as a turnkey process.

ALUMINUM HANDRAILS
Constructed of 1-1/4” Schedule 80 6061-T6 aluminum pipe – Offset rail fittings for maximum support & strength.
FLOW SPLITTER BOX
Adjustable leveling plate, removable weir plate, fixed overflow trough, and hinged cover with handle.
ALUMINUM STAIRWAYS
Constructed of 1-1/4” O.D. standard schedule aluminum pipe with 16 inch steps.
ALUMINUM BARSCREEN
With drain plate for dewatering of debris.
MOTOR AND BLOWER ASSEMBLIES
Complete with belts, equipment hood, inlet air filter muffler, pressure gauge, and rubber piping insulator. Mounted on factory welded aluminum stand with anti-vibration pads
PIPING AND VALVES
Wide array of PVC & steel pipe with couplings, gauges, and valves for all applications.
CONTROL PANELS AND FLOW RECORDERS
Complete with circuit breakers, magnetic starters with overload protection, HOA switches, time meters, weatherproof receptacle & alarm light.
PUMPS AND ACCESSORIES
Submersible sewage pumps & necessary components.
